You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please call 1-866-638-8035 if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
On occasion items will not be in stock at our North Carolina warehouse. In these cases these items will either drop ship directly from the manufacturer or be sent from our California warehouse.
Even though the advertised cutoff time for same day shipping is 5pm EST, we will ship your order if we can. If you have an urgent order, and it is late, please call us on 1-866-638-8035. If the carrier has not left our warehouse we will do everything in our power to make sure your order leaves that day.
We only offer FedEx or UPS delivery services, we do NOT ship via USPS. If you wish to use your own FedEx or UPS account number please contact us on 1-866-638-8035, we will provide you with instructions and more details on how to complete this process.
