Orviss Technology is the sole owner of the information collected on the www.patch-cords.com website. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Orviss Technology collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
Sharing of Customer Information
We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods. These companies do not share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.
We partner with other outside parties to provide specific services (i.e. shipping). When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation.

Trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions
Investigating fraud which has already taken place.
The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.
Order Information
We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card information). This information is only used for billing purposes and to fulfill a customer's order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with the user.
